Simply My Hero

Hello good people. This last weekend was a mixed bag, the steelers won the super bowl in a terribly officiated game that was scripted for the Jerome's feel good cinderella story. BS. Started off with the Anthem that was butchered to pieces then a halftime show that was a painful consequence to Janet's "wardrobe malfunction". All we needed after Sir Paul McCartney last year was a heavy doze of Mick Jagger, yeah right.. To me that was a bunch of bologni & a travesty to motown. That is supposed to be the super bowl, the greatest show on turf or something not some behind the streets shake. Ok, get a grip, enough venting.. And as for the Ad's, pse don't get me started again.

The flip side was a great tournament by Tiger Woods in Dubai. He won his second consecutive tournament in another play off this time against Ernie Els. Tiger has been playing his C game and still is winning touranaments. This is my Hero right here.

My approach daily especially at work is to put my game face on and go get 'em just like Tiger. And it works great for me.

First in ha,ha.
Well go steelers,go Tiger. BJ any chance you could sound alittle bit more energetic?. I love, loved shake"double line free pass". I lived to yell that out when playing the game. Do put your game face on and go get them TIGER!!! (couldn't resist). Hmmm am easily amused today.

was the Officiating that bad? i have read this couple of times. it was bad but not as bad as people are making it to be none of them were blatant you could actually see why they made the calls, the chop block, the push off.

Good on tiger, now if he could only capture those 4 amjors

SuperBowl was terribly refereed! And then Rolling Stones - Mick Jagger is 395 years old!

I thought Keith Richards died in 1975!
Boy, the whole thing just sucked!

Way to go Tiger! - when I grow up, I wanna be just like Tiger.

Awwww..so many disappointed Seahawk fans. lol. See you next season(if even) ha!
I will be the first Steeler fan to admit, that I thought that 1st touchdown was a few inches shy of the goal line. There, I sed it!! However, take away the 7points, adn we still come out on top...ha!

I actually enjoyed the 'I can't get no satisfaction' performance. Although I'm still disappointed they didn't call on motown- save for that paltry attempt at the National anthem. What the hell was that??
Oh yes, and to my future ex-husband tiger- Yay! :)

Strawberries - Am now over the loss and the bad game and am excited we have a brand new site to hit - Life is beautiful, isn't it?

MsaniXL - I agree with you bro, bad officiating, unreal. Look out for Tiger he is on fire and will probably do pretty well this year. I'm guessing 3 majors.

Whispering - Yeah Mick Jagger is that old. Am sure the NFL are kicking themselves in the back wondering why, I guess their marketing team needs an overhaul.

Medusa - My deep suspicion is that you don't even know 3 steeler players by name so I cannot even start to discuss football with you. Wish they had a super bowl for drafts then I would fully engage you. oops....

POI - I don't know how strong our Kenyan Rudge team is this year but we shall definately kick some butt. See you there. You will be a Point Of Interest - POI (get it???)

Sashe - you can have Tiger. He is only my hero period, my bad. I simply share some of his drive & style not like I have a poster of him in my room. No way he is going to replace my Pam Anderson poster

Whispering Inn - LOLx100 @keith richards died in 1975 - that made me laugh. You have to give it to them though, they are all collectively around 2006 years old...
